And here comes the Sunday with another review of a blog. The blog I am talking about is The Øblog. It has a different name and I am still unaware of the meaning of the title. To the best of my knowledge the symbol resembles to a mathematical symbol which is normally used to represent the diameter of a circle. I usually don’t forget things related to maths as I was known to be good at maths. Well.. They say

The author of the blog is Øyvind. And that is another unusual name. After searching a bit I found that that’s a symbol in Danish, Faeroese and Norwegian languages. The domain name suggests where he is from. I checked the about page for some details about the author. Now how old is that guy?? Read the rest of this entry »

Tuesday Review 01

Now it’s time for the best posts I read in the last week. As I mentioned earlier time is not a barrier for the content. Think that I am a bit late to read on those blogs. Two of my themes are similar in nature. The Sunday Review and Tuesday Readings. I may also include a post from the reviewed blog if I liked the post. Reason for these two themes is to promote blogs. So mostly the featured blogs may not have rank or may not be popular. But they are included here for the content I liked. I am already spoiling my page rank by linking to low pagerank sites. But it doesn’t matter to me. The lines above are for this post only. The next Tuesday review I’ll not repeat those.

The first post I liked is from my reviewed blog. 40 Days and 40 Nights is pretty good post to read. The author Prateek tried to create humor from very simple things in our daily life. And it’s really good. He is quiet successful in his attempt. I am yet to watch the movie so cannot compare with that. Don’t quit or skip reading because of the length of the post. I was about to do that. =] Read the rest of this entry »

As per the schedule of blog theme posts this is my first one. I wanted a blog which is lesser know to others. That helps for the promotion of blog. So going through all my favorites list and bookmarks I ended up finding this blog. To be frank I am not a regular reader and he is not a regular blogger. So keeping this common thing in mind I felt of reviewing this blog.

The author of the blog is a guy named prateek and the blog is As I see it. Looking at the blog archive it’s three years old. The archive is small but contains good readings. He got a good humor. It is sprinkled all over his posts. The very common things are expressed in a different way. And that is the thing I look while reading blogs. Read the rest of this entry »

Communication, as we all know, is the most important part in our life. Whatever we do is done through communication. Rather it be via post, or via telephone, or via personal meetings. But this communication is important. Nothing moves without this. And when you are on a job or especially a businessman, This skill is of utmost important.

The reason for yelling out above lines is the blog I came across. The blog named “Better Interpersonal Communication“. As the name suggest the blog features various aspects of Interpersonal Communication. And yes. It’s definitely Better Interpersonal Communication. After reading for a while I thought it’s a must visit for all. You’ll surely gain something of that reading.

The blog is based on the simplest template of blogger. As a blogger I visit many blogs and review them in comments or in some other sites. And I find many cluttered blogs. This is not. Things are nicely arranged and is balanced on both sides. It got some good sidebar links leading external sites. But loads quick as they are splited on both sides. Read the rest of this entry »

What is this live wire?? Is it something that will give you a shock?? Nope. This is different. This is a blog service which gathers posts from blogs. You need to submit the posts and this is for free. The posts you submit are displayed as news items. Readers will vote to the posts and make popular. You just have to submit the post you already typed. Just copy paste stuff. Who doesn’t like copy paste??
Livewire News
You’ll say…. Yeah. There are many similar services available. They all provide such thing and are free also. Why should I join Livewire?? Then just have a look at the website. The layout is kept very simple at the same time easy to navigate. The simple design makes the site load in a flash. Most of the similar services take a whole lot of time to load. The site is neatly organized into categories. Easy to navigate as I said already. You can sort news “Top Today”, Yesterday, Week, Month and Year.
