Dont Look Like That

Panda

“I’m afraid of you. Don’t stare me. Your face is horrible.” May be he is saying that. Panda’s look cute and they fall in “Bear” category. So you also find a teddy bear looking like Panda. Panda’s are almost on the verge of extinction. Mostly found in China their diet is mostly made up of Bamboo. They once lived in lowland areas, but farming, forest clearing, and other development now restrict giant pandas to the mountains. It is popular animal due to its innocence and cuteness.

Do you know that when Panda’s are born they weigh around 100gms and when grown up they weigh 100Kgs

As I said earlier they are into the endangered species list. Mostly hunted for their soft furs. Stay away from buying such stuff. Help preserving them. May be you’ll see a different picture next time with a smile on face.

Never Give Up…

For most of us the above picture puts a smile on our face. A frog almost a prey of the heron. But he doesn’t give up do easily. Catches the throat of heron so that heron will not be able to swallow him. Still has the hope that heron will suffocate and will let him out. Now its upto the heron. He can succeed in making him a prey if he can hold a bit longer or leave him and find another prey, get rid of the pain. Whatever may happen but the frog always wins. He’s giving his best to stay alive. If successful he’ll be a winner with a high confidence. If failed he’s still a winner as he did more than a frog can do.

No are you like the frog?? No one would like to be called as a frog. But in this case one will. Be like that frog. Push things as far as you can. You’ll get success. It doesn’t come easy.

Think Nonsense…

My name is..

A lady manager of a big reputed office noticed a new man one day and told him to come into her office.
” What is your name?” was the first thing she asked the new guy.
“John ,” the new guy replied.

She scowled, “Look… I don’t know what kind of a namby-pamby place you worked before, but I don’t call anyone by their first name. It breeds familiarity and that leads to a breakdown in authority.
I refer to my employees by their last name only … Smith, Jones, Baker …that’s all.

I am to be referred to only as Mrs. Robertson. Now that we got that straight,   what is your last name?”
The new guy sighed, “Darling………… My name is John Darling.”

” Okay John, the next thing I want to tell you is . . . “

Process Explorer v11.04

Many times you want which program is accessing a folder or what folder a program access. This is required when you cannot delete empty folders. While deleting you get errors like “file in use”. So use this software to end the process. this is far better than the windows task manager. This also shows which file a program accesses. Which DLL is loaded by the program.

The Process Explorer display consists of two sub-windows. The top window always shows a list of the currently active processes, including the names of their owning accounts, whereas the information displayed in the bottom window depends on the mode that Process Explorer is in: if it is in handle mode you’ll see the handles that the process selected in the top window has opened; if Process Explorer is in DLL mode you’ll see the DLLs and memory-mapped files that the process has loaded. Process Explorer also has a powerful search capability that will quickly show you which processes have particular handles opened or DLLs loaded.

The unique capabilities of Process Explorer make it useful for tracking down DLL-version problems or handle leaks, and provide insight into the way Windows and applications work.

Process Explorer works on Windows 9x/Me, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Server 2003, and 64-bit versions of Windows for x64 and IA64 processors, and Windows Vista.
